W.F.H Remodeling project portfolio

W.F.R first summer 2020 deck build. The 2020 deck season also fell victim to covid-19's domino effect on socity, just like the coin shortage there is a shortage on pressure treated lumber. For our company to complete this deck build I believe we had to go to six different home improvement stores.W.F.H ideally true to only accept new & rebuilds of decks 30 in or lower, on occasion we will take on bigger deck builds. The reason why is we are a small family remodeling company, and don't have the personal at the current time

This project photo is a deck repair caused by a drunk driver. We cut out and removed the damaged deck boards, then replaced them with new deck boards.

This photo is for a shower re-title project. We demoed and removed all the old title work, installed new wetback and sealtent then re-tiled the shower

Above five pictures are from a customers property that suffered serve flood damage. We extracted the remaining flood water, which damaged the garage laundry room family room. After we extracted the water from the affected rooms, we begin demo. W.F.H Remodelings flood damaged protocal is to evaluate the moister level of the walls and floors and other damaged materials if the moisture level is too high then demo is needed. For sheetrock damage we useally do 2ft or 4ft flood cuts to remove damaged sheet rock, then we cut fit tape and mud new dry wall in.
